 This morning I made Apple pancakes
 topped with saute bananas and maple syrup.

Sauteing bananas is pretty easy

1 firm banana
 1 Tablespoon butter
 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Heat the butter in a pan when it is melted add the bananas and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
 It only takes a minute to cook so do this after your pancakes are cooked.
 Because they will get mushy pretty fast.

Recipe for Apple pancake from the Mennonite girls can cook blog

Apple Pancakes

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup coarsely grated apple
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
Mix dry ingredients.
Stir in apple.
Combine eggs, milk and butter;
add dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour small amounts onto lightly greased hot griddle
and cook until bubbles form on the surface;
turn and brown on the other side.

My daughter Heidi loves chocolate so she add chocolate chips to her batter.
 She topped her saute bananas with whipped cream.
 It looked pretty taste too.
