Poached Salmon

This is the best salmon I've had.
1/2 cup onion
1 garlic clove
2 T Butter
1 1/2 cups of water
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 t dill weed
1/2 t lemon pepper
1/2 t parsley flakes
1/2 t tarragon
4 Salmon steaks

Sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped Zucchini
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yogurt
2 T green onion

In a large skillet saute onions and garlic in butter or spray
Add water, chicken broth, and seasonings. Add Salmon steaks
Bring to a boil  and reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
Mean while in a small bowl combine the sauce and serve on top of salmon.

Usually to me salmon is dry, but not when I poach it I can easily eat 2 of these steaks and the zucchini sauces goes really well.
